DOLLY PARTON’S 9 TO 5 POSTPONED
BUT THE SHOW WILL GO ON
In response to the Australian government’s directive to restrict public gatherings, we regret to advise that scheduled performances of 9 TO 5 at the Sydney Lyric from 19 April - 28 June 2020 have been postponed in an effort to help limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
We are working with the producers to re-schedule the production for to a later date. Current ticket holders will be given priority to rebook for the show if you have opted in to receive further communication from us. All ticket holders for these Sydney Lyric performances will receive a refund as outlined below.
Ticketmaster Credit Card Purchases
If your tickets were purchased from Ticketmaster using a credit card, you will receive a refund back onto your card of the full purchase price. We will process your refund immediately, however this may take up to ten (10) business days to appear in your account.
Ticketmaster Cash & EFTPOS Sales
If your tickets were purchased from Ticketmaster using cash or EFTPOS, please return to your point of purchase with your tickets for this performance to exchange your tickets for another performance or receive a refund of the full purchase price. People who purchased directly at the Sydney Lyric Box Office can email Sydney.LyricBoxOffice@Ticketmaster.com.au.
The Ticketmaster Groups department will contact your group organiser to arrange an exchange of date or full refund of your tickets.
All Other Bookings
If your tickets were purchased in circumstances not listed above, please return to your point of purchase to receive further instruction on a refund of your theatre tickets.
